The School

At Digital Learning Centers (DLC), we recognize that as a working professional, you are juggling the demands of work with other commitments. Our CE classes are offered online at your convenience. You can access the courses from anywhere you have an Internet connection and at any time. Work from home, work, an Internet cafe, or even the beach. Pause (or stop) and resume the courses at your convenience. If you missed something, you can review any part (or all) of the course. Best of all, the course presentations are professionally narrated sparing you all the distractions of a traditional classroom environment. We also offer the Hawaii Salesperson Course, Hawaii Broker Course, and Hawaii Test Prep Course. If you have questions, simply email Staff@hawaiirealestatece.com. Your email will usually be answered within several hours. Our staff is committed to helping you. Whether you need clarification of course material or technical support. We are here to assist you.

Principal Instructor

David Catanzaro serves as the primary instructor for Digital Learning Centers. In 1970, he earned his Bachelors Degree in Finance and later (in 1973) his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri. David has been a real estate agent since 1986. He was a Broker and Instructor with Dower Real Estate, Inc; then the principle broker for Dower Realty Windward, an independently owned and operated franchise of Dower Realty; and is now the principle broker for REMI Realty.

David makes himself available to assist students by answering questions and helping them understand any topics they find difficult.

Digital Learning Centers specializes in online learning. Our CE courses are completely online. You can access them from anywhere at your convenience using the Internet.
